Delivery Information

Order Processing:
Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery Timeline:
Standard delivery takes 4 to 5 working days, excluding Sundays. During peak seasons or major sales events, delivery may take up to 7 working days.
Advance Payment Policy:
- If a previous order was canceled or undelivered, a Rs. 500 advance payment is required before placing a new order.
- For orders exceeding Rs. 15,000, a 10% advance deposit is mandatory.
Delivery Address:
Orders are delivered to the home or office address provided at checkout. Delivery to P.O. boxes is not available, and all shipments require a signature upon receipt.
We will attempt to deliver your order up to two times at the specified address.
Refund Policy:
If a full refund is requested according to our return/exchange policy, Rs. 200 will be deducted from the refund amount.
